These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the GTaxi website and services operated by Theeran Universal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate account and trip information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should promptly tell us if you believe it has been misused.
Submitting a ride request does not by itself guarantee a driver or completed trip. A trip depends on availability and is confirmed only as shown in the app. Keep pickup, destination and contact details accurate, and follow reasonable instructions needed to complete the trip safely.
Applicable fare estimates, payment choices, cancellation rules and any other trip charges are the terms displayed in the app for the relevant trip. Review them before confirming. Payment options and rules may vary by location and may change as the service is updated. If a charge or trip record appears incorrect, contact us with the relevant details.
Do not use GTaxi to break the law, harass or threaten anyone, interfere with another person’s account, submit fraudulent requests, or disrupt the platform. Riders and drivers should treat one another respectfully and take reasonable care during a trip. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect users or maintain the service.
Some functions may rely on services provided by third parties. Those services may have their own terms and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of GTaxi to maintain or improve the platform.
